Come On A Tour With Us

We offer a variety of tours to meet your needs.

Tours begin in May, the best time to view icebergs, and run until the end of the summer.

Choose an excursion on the M.V. John D for an hour long tour around Fogo Island. Or choose the M.V. John DII for a longer tour.

The John D is suitable for smaller groups, while the DII is available for both small and large groups. Don't forget your camera.

Weather conditions along the coast can be quite variable so come prepared. we suggest you bring along a sweater and jacket as well as rain gear.Be prepared for a splash of salt spray.

When scheduling permits, a local fisherman will join the boat tour. You will have an opportunity to discuss with him the joys and hardships of the commercial fishing industry and get first hand knowledge of the local area and fishing grounds.

Change Islands Monday-Tuesday........9:30am, 1:00pm, 4:00pm, 7:00pm
Sunset Cruise.............................On Request
(Departing from bridge connecting both islands on Change Island.)

Fogo Island Wednesday-Sunday........9:30am, 1:00pm, 4:00pm, 7:00pm
Sunset Cruise.............................On Request
(Departing from ferry terminal wharf on Fogo Island.)
